Already have your Entity ID and Password but haven't downloaded yet?
You are already registered as a valid user. Use the Download DocConnect for a demonstration option. At the prompt for name and password, enter your Entity ID and password and click the Sign In button.
Already have DocConnect installed for a demo?
Brokers & Settlement Agents: Just get the Lender Access Code from your lender, and use the DocConnect for Brokers and Settlement Agents option. At the prompt, enter the Lender Access Code, and fill out the Customer Registration page to get your own Entity ID and Password. Print the Setup page (or copy your Entity ID and Password from that page) and exit.
Lenders Corporate and Branch Offices: Contact your Account Manager or a FAND technical support representative for your unique Entity ID and Password. Do not use the on-line Customer Registration process.
Now, start your demo copy of DocConnect and select Configuration from the Options menu. Change the Entity ID and Password to the ones you just copied, and click Apply. That's all there is to it! If your lender has sent loans for you, you will now see them on the Retrieve Loans screen instead of the sample loans.
