For complete, Internet-based document management First American delivers DocConnect. DocConnect allows you to direct document packages to multiple delivery sites as needed. In addition package content can be viewed online before printing individual documents.
DocConnect provides complete document management solutions for mortgage programs including conventional, FHA/VA, home equity and closed-in-second lending, reverse mortgages, Texas home equity and construction loan programs.
Document packages can also be automatically e-mailed to your designated recipients and the loan documents are secure and cannot be edited. And you control access to your loans with DocConnect's security settings while allowing your staff, closing agents, and brokers direct access to the loans they need.
In addition, you can select, preview and print loans right from First American's website through DocConnect Online. This added access gives you the ability to view one or multiple loan packages and to print one or more pages from any of the selected loan packages.
