First American offers eDisclosures, an electronic document distribution directly to the consumer that is both ESIGN and UETA-compliant. Online acknowledgment of receipt by the prospective borrower is an integral part of this process.
In the event that the consumer does not view the document package within 48 hours, electronic disclosure materials can be printed out and sent overnight via Nationwide Documents' private-label mailing service FirstMail.
