Delivery of 3-Day Disclosure Packages
First American is a national leader in the on-time delivery of 3-Day Disclosure Packages, rate lock packages and loan commitment packages.
The Three-Day Disclosure Package (Good Faith Estimate, Federal Truth in Lending, ARM product disclosures, and state disclosures) must by law be provided to loan applicants within 72 hours after the receipt of a mortgage application by the lender or broker.
First American provides brokers, correspondents and lenders with a fast, accurate and convenient system to order and deliver these packages directly to the borrower.
First American also provides electronic document distribution that is ESIGN and UETA compliant. This solution delivers compliant disclosures directly to the consumer for receipt and acknowledgement of the package. If the consumer does not view the document within 48 hours, First American will physically mail the disclosure package to the prospective consumer.
