While First American fully supports the use of standards, such as MISMO and FNMA 3.2 formats, our suite of services also provides the flexibility of creating custom interfaces from proprietary loan origination systems and other data sources.

First American and MISMO
First American and the Loan Production Solutions division are actively involved in the development, promotion, and management of standards to the mortgage industry through MISMO - Mortgage Industry Standards Maintenance Organization.
MISMO was established by the Mortgage Bankers Association to develop and maintain XML-based specifications to the mortgage industry. Loan Production Solutions can support the use of MISMO-based data structures and can extend these structures to support any customization requirements.
