3-Day Disclosure Packages
The 3-Day Disclosure Packages deliver all disclosure documents provided by the lender to the borrower within three days of application for a mortgage loan. First American provides a fast, convenient system to order and deliver these packages directly to the borrower.
These packages include the disclosure documents - Good Faith Estimate, Federal Truth-In-Lending, ARM products disclosures, and state disclosures - that, by law, must be provided to loan applicants within 72 hours after receipt of a mortgage application by the lender or broker.
This material discloses estimates of all costs associated with the loan transaction and provides descriptions of the loan program.
